Md. Sumon Hossain is a highly experienced printing industry professional whose career began in 2008, starting his journey as an Offset Printing Machine Operator and Team Leader. Through years of dedication, hands-on experience, continuous learning, and hard work, he gradually advanced into higher technical and managerial responsibilities. His practical journey from operating printing machines to leading teams has given him an in-depth understanding of every stage of the printing process.

Today, he is highly skilled in offset printing machine operation, production management, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving, with extensive knowledge of printing processes, materials, inks, and production requirements. His years of hands-on experience have made him highly capable of identifying machine-related problems and providing practical solutions to keep production running smoothly.

He has particular expertise in UV ink applications and special printing effects, including Drip-Off Primer, Sandy, Texture, and Matt applications. He is experienced in resolving complex ink, print-quality, application, and production-related issues and in providing technical guidance to achieve consistent and high-quality printing results.

Since joining Litho Impression International in May 2026, Md. Sumon Hossain has expanded his responsibilities into Sales and Technical Support, combining his extensive technical background with customer-focused sales expertise. He works closely with customers to understand their requirements, recommend suitable products, provide technical guidance, and solve application or production challenges.

His professional journey reflects a strong commitment to hard work, continuous improvement, technical excellence, and customer satisfaction. From starting as an offset machine operator and team leader to becoming a highly experienced machine operator, technical troubleshooter, and Manager (Sales & Technical Head), he brings valuable practical knowledge and industry experience to Litho Impression International.

Md. Kamrul Hasan serves as Assistant Manager (Store Manager) at Litho Impression International, where he plays an important role in coordinating store operations, sales activities, administration, and day-to-day business support.

He is responsible for maintaining smooth and organized store operations, coordinating the receiving, storage, handling, and delivery of products, and ensuring that stock and materials are properly managed.
